An old soul interlacing her Southern roots into modern alternative music with an edge. Cheyenne Marie Mize has a style all her that is refreshingly pleasing to the ear. The songs swell with a haunting longing from a soulful twang from miss Cheyenne.
Check out her new single, “Wishing Well”
I made a new video singing an original song I wrote for my best friend <3

“Missoni sees the world as none other of her peers do, as a multi-layered source of inspiration, as a terrible beauty, as a beautiful terror. Her creative writing shows depth of thought. Her guitar performances have proven moving, and she has a singing voice good for both light verse and for more thought-provoking ballads.”

My dog is collapsed on his side behind my chair, snoring lightly with each little puff of air. Yet, here I am, staring blankly at my computer screen, contemplating as of why I am even still up at this hour. As of early summer, my days have started early. Yes, I know better than this, my head should be heavy a top of my small pile of deflated pillows. Instead, my mind is buzzing with chatter, making it quite difficult to ease into a peaceful slumber.
So much running through my mind…

Angie Mattson, a prolific little lyricist/singer/songwriter, has a new project called “In The Valley Below”
I truly think she is one of the most underrated songwriters out there right now.

… never in my life did I ever expect a man to say that to me… ever.
Quite happy
